Know what you'll pay before we start.
No hourly clock. No mystery invoice. No wondering whether asking a question just cost you another $150. Our services are flat-rate, priced on the work your situation actually requires, and you see the number before you commit to anything.
Under five minutes. No sales call required.
S-Corp consultant · owner-only payroll · no bookkeeping
$1.2M coffee shop · 4 employees · books, payroll and tax
Two real examples. Yours is built from your business.
We didn't pick a bracket that felt about right.
Every line on your quote has a published price. We add up the specific work your situation requires, using the same rate card we use for every client. Then two things adjust it, and we tell you what they are.
The work you actually need
Your entity and returns. Your transaction volume, accounts and processors. Your employees and pay frequency. Each one is a line with a price.
Your industry and where you are
A restaurant's books take more work than a consultant's. And our rates track professional market rates in your area, the same way any firm's do.
A floor that protects small clients
Below a certain point the work costs what it costs. Rather than quote something we can't deliver well, we publish a minimum and stand behind it.
The level of care you choose
The work is identical at every level. What changes is how fast you hear back, who you hear back from, and how far ahead we get. That's the one choice that's yours.
What doesn't change your price: asking questions, sending an email, calling with something you're worried about, or the work taking us longer than we thought. If we underestimated and your situation hasn't changed, that's our problem, not your invoice.
The floor, published.
These are the lowest prices we quote for each service. Most engagements are more, because most businesses need more. Rather than guess at a range, we'd rather show you your exact number in a couple of minutes.
A federal and resident-state return, filed and tracked. Schedules, rentals and investment activity are priced on top.
S-Corp, partnership and multi-member LLC returns, with K-1s, basis tracking and depreciation priced to your situation.
Monthly categorisation, reconciliation and a real close. Priced by transaction volume, accounts and industry.
Runs, deposits, quarterly filings and W-2s. Per-employee cost is passed through at what it costs us.
New bookkeeping engagements include a one-time setup, and catching up back months is priced separately. Both are quoted before anything begins.
The work never changes. The relationship does.
Same licensed professional, same standards, same accuracy at every level. What changes is how quickly you hear back, how much of the document-chasing we take off your plate, and how far ahead of your year we get. It's priced once and applies to everything you buy from us.
Essential
Everything done properly, on a standard timeline.
No additional charge
- A licensed professional on every piece of work
- Documents and questions by email, answered within three business days
- Standard turnaround across everything we do
- One review of each finished deliverable before it goes out
Partner
One accountant who knows your business, staying ahead of it.
Starting point. Scales with the size of your business.
- Everything in Essential
- A named accountant and their direct line
- Answers within one business day
- We keep the list of what's outstanding and ask for it, so you're not the one remembering
- Priority position in every queue, on every service
- A planning conversation before year end, while there's still time to act
- Quarterly estimated tax calculations, with the payment vouchers ready to go
Advisory
We're consulted before the decision, not told about it after.
Starting point. Requires an ongoing monthly service.
- Everything in Partner
- A standing quarterly meeting to go through your numbers together
- Reach us the same day, during business hours
- A mid-year tax projection, so April holds nothing new
- Call before you decide: entity changes, equipment, hiring, distributions
- Your Enrolled Agent directly, not a queue
You can move up at any time and we prorate it. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, because the higher levels reserve meeting time and queue position we've already set aside for you.
Staying with us should be easier than leaving.
The same way you can get a quote in five minutes without talking to anyone, your renewal shouldn't cost you an afternoon either. We do the work ahead of time so all that's left for you is a decision.
What people ask before they submit the form.
Why flat-rate instead of hourly?
Because neither of us should benefit from the work taking longer than expected. Flat-rate pricing gives you clarity before the work begins and lets the conversation be about your finances instead of the clock.
Why don't you publish a full price list?
Because a price list would either be wrong for you or so long it would be useless. Two S-Corps with the same revenue can differ by a factor of three depending on transaction volume, states, employees and how far behind the books are.
So instead of publishing a number that might not apply to you, we built something better: answer a few questions and get your number, itemised, in about five minutes. No call, no follow-up sequence, no pressure.
What if the quote doesn't look right?
There's a button on it that says so. Tell us what's off. The transaction count looks high, you already have a payroll provider through year end, you don't need one of the services. We send a revised quote, usually the same day. Nothing is committed either way.
What if my books need cleanup first?
We'll look at where things actually stand and price the catch-up work separately, before ongoing service begins. If we open the file and it's materially worse than described, we stop, show you the revised number and why it changed, and wait for you to say yes. You will never receive a surprise invoice.
Are there additional fees?
Your quote itemises everything included. Anything outside that scope is quoted and agreed before it's started, not billed after the fact.
When do I pay?
Monthly services are billed on the 1st and drafted automatically, and you always see the invoice before the draft. Tax returns and other one-time work are half at signing and the balance before we file.
What if I want to stop?
Thirty days' notice, either direction, no termination fee. Work already in progress is billed for what's been done. And your records are yours. Within 15 days you get your complete accounting file, returns and documents back in a usable format.
Find out what fits, and what it costs.
Answer a handful of questions and see the real number for your business, every service line, itemised. Nobody calls you unless you ask them to.
Under five minutes. No sales call required.
